shipping policy

Thank you for visiting & shopping at KayDazzled Customs. Here are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy.

  • All orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday only, no weekends. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after orders are approved and fulfilled.

  • This does not include preorders.

  • Shipping charges will show at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to weather or courier

  • You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

return & exchange policy

Our goal is to make sure our clients are satisfied. Due to our nature of custom work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

 

In addition, please note that sizing and coloring can vary between manufacturers and styles.  If you have any questions about sizing, or would like to purchase a sample product please email us at KayDazzledcustoms@gmail.com

 

**We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the items are custom printed.**

 

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way please contact kaydazzledcustoms@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or credit.  Please provide your NAME and ORDER NUMBER with all correspondences.

 

Masks- THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON FACE MASKS

 

Custom items - all customers will receive emails to approve items before completion because of the nature of these items NO returns exchanges or refunds
